Kelly Jazvac: Chosen clay sample for our potatoes. This clay type is called Vallabrix, which is named after the local area the clay comes from (it is a byproduct of the sand mining industry). They have a LOT of this type of clay at the Atelier, as there is a lot of byproduct.
